Liability under the terms of this guarantee is limited to the replacement of products and/or rectification of workmanship found to be defective. Any liability for consequential loss or damage, and for loss of profits is excluded except to the extent required by law under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where a glass repair or replacement service is supplied for a premises used for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
This guarantee does not cover damage or defects arising from accidents, misuse, pre-existing faults in the framing around the glass, deterioration that is induced environmentally, or by any other event beyond our control.
This guarantee is not transferable and will be honoured upon presentation of the invoice and receipt for the work completed.
